When designing your structure / stand / set / display, please use high quality, durable materials. Outernet London is committed to using renewable materials wherever possible and we would encourage you to do the same.

All materials must be fixed and finished so as not to cause hazard or risk of injury to guests or staff. Any glass used must be toughened and laminated. Large areas of glass must have safety chevrons or branding affixed to mitigate accidental collisions.

All materials must be appropriately fire-rated and certified, including upholstered furniture which must comply with the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) Safety Regulations 1988.
