The venue is located just off Charing Cross Road and accessed via St Giles Square or Denmark Street. For a more intimate experience, The Lower Third is a grassroots music venue and bar steeped in musical history located at the east end of Denmark Street.

All our venues and event spaces are available for private hire. We can host awards ceremonies, brand and product launches, conference bookings, movie premieres, gala receptions, private parties, and fashion shows - along with many other bespoke event formats.

Outernet Live

Hidden four stories under the centre of London, Outernet Live is our largest venue. A 10,000 square feet canvas designed for live music, creative, cultural and private hire events. From awards ceremonies, private dining, brand and product launches, corporate conferences, movie premieres, sports screenings, gaming summits, and luxury brand launches, the Outernet team will ensure your event is an unforgettable experience.

We have hosted events for many brilliant brands and clients such as Prada, Amazon, Snapchat, LVMH, EA Sports, Sky, Condé Nast, Chanel, and Netflix.

Our venue hire includes in-house technical equipment all supported by our production team. Our main event space inside Outernet Live includes a 6K, 14x5m LED screen, video and lighting systems and d&b sound system, along with multiple repeater screens, a choice of 3 standard stage configurations, with upgrades and AV packages available on request.

The Mezzanine

Overlooking Outernet Live's main event hire space, the mezzanine is perfect for hosting receptions, breakout hospitality, VIP areas and much more. With an additional bar and elevated views of the main auditorium and stage, the mezzanine can operate as an additional space for your large event, or host smaller events and functions.

NOLO cocktail bar & lounge

NOLO is the ideal exclusive space to add to your event, or hire entirely separately, with its own cocktail bar, private entrance route and bathroom facilities. Featuring an LED screen showcasing the events in the main Outernet Live event space, the NOLO lounge is an ideal space to host VIPs, meet and greets, podcast recordings and smaller events.

The Lower Third

The Lower Third is a grassroots music and events venue, located on the musically historic Denmark Street in central London. We celebrate creativity in all of its forms.

Event spaces

The Lower Third offers three distinct event spaces: The Clubroom (pictured), The Cocktail Bar, and The Forge. We host showcases, parties, functions, panel discussions, photoshoots, award ceremonies and networking events. We have welcomed clients including Universal Music Group, Warner Music Group, Sony, The BRITs, Mastercard, Netflix, National Trust, Fender, London and Partners, and more.

The Cocktail Bar

The Lower Third is the home of true creativity in music, art and of course, cocktails. The Lower Third Cocktail Bar is a neighbourhood bar with a twist. Available for private hire, this venue lends itself to networking events, showcases, mixers and celebrations of all kinds. The preserved history and interior provide an intimate and relaxed backdrop for your event.

The Forge

The Lower Third is soaked in musical history. The Forge, to the rear of the venue, has played host to legendary artists early in their careers including Jeff Buckley, Adele, and The Libertines. The Forge accommodates 40-50 guests, featuring cutting-edge tech and a lovingly curated drinks menu.
