How accessible is the Outernet Live venue?
Outernet Live is an unseated venue with step-free access throughout.
Viewing Area Ticket – Wheelchair / Seated
For all music events, we have a limited capacity Accessibility Viewing Area for fans who require space for a mobility aid and those who require a seat. This allows each ticket holder a spot or seat in the viewing area, a standing spot in said area for the included companion, as well as queue jump via their guest list queue, if required.
These are available to purchase on a first-come, first-served basis. You can purchase the accessibility viewing area ticket via the DICE listing. For high-demand shows, you may be required to send over proof of eligibility – the venue will check in with you if this is the case, so no need to send this unless you receive an email from their team asking for this.
If these tickets are sold out, you can join the wait list, and if another fan chooses to return their ticket, this could then be offered to you to purchase.
Outernet Live can only accommodate up to one companion per spot or seat in the Accessibility Viewing Area.
Note: Your companion ticket covers both of you, so please ensure you arrive at the doors together!
